We had someone from another company install a system in our home a while back and we knew we were not getting the functionality out of it that we could and hadn't gotten a response back from the company.  We called ProFound and they had someone out the next day.  He was so thorough and knowledgeable and tweaked some things and explained some things and now we are set with a wonderful system that works well for us. We have been having ongoing issues with WIFI hitting all rooms in our home.  Profound did their best to provide an economical pathway before landing on the pricier solution.  They are always responsive, professional and punctual.  They show COVID courtesy -- wearing masks, keeping socially distanced when possible.
